Just thought I should drop you a line to express my thanks for the brilliant service you provide. I rang up last Monday about a small problem with an RP1 headset, and not only have you repaired that, you reprogrammed the RP1 and replaced the curly leads as well. Plus, you got it back to me 8 days after I posted it. All for no charge. I'm flabbergasted.
Outstanding service, so many many thanks. I have posted on the Yamaha Diversion Club site (again) singing your praises, and will continue to do so. I'm saving up for an A80 radio now, that's next on my list

I have tried many intercoms like Audioboss, Nady, Chatterbox, etc. and none worked as good as the
RP-1. The noise level at hi-way speeds is non-existant and makes for very pleasant riding when listening to the music or passenger.

I'd just like to say a big thanks to you all there. It is very rare these days to find a company who are willing to help as much as you have. Especially Ian and Dave who took the initial contact and pointed me in the right direction re’ the aerial issue etc! All questions answered quickly and CORRECTLY which is rare! You call most companies and get passed around until they tell you ' You need to contact the manufacturers!!' Nice to know that there IS someone to call and can answer your questions. And after making my impending holiday plans known you managed to turn a 3 week wait into 8 days!!! Top people!! After receiving my radio and all associated leads I have set it up and all I can say is WOW. What a difference from the Cobras I had. It really is a great piece of kit. Now all I have to do is convince the wife about the RP-1 . I will definitely recommend it to all I meet and will add my findings to the Yamaha Diversion web pages.

just a quick email to say how impressed me and my mate were with our bike to bike intercom system they were as clear as a bell at 80 mph and still clear at 110 mph thanks for all your help and great service.

I just bought an RP1, having previously struggled with an another make. They wanted over £100 to upgrade to Pro M7 which has more volume! I sold the A****** on Ebay and bought yours. Brilliant. I threw it into the helmet, without worrying much about what went where and at 70mph with no visors, crystal clear. A really great piece of kit.   Very, very well done.   - James Mather  (Email)

Just a quick note....

I tried the system out on the motorway last night with my mobile....

I’d asked someone to call me in 10 mins....

The call came in....

Picked up....

And he wouldn’t believe that I was on the bike, never mind 85mph in the rain that was bouncing off my lid.  He was convinced I was in the car with my headset on....

Until I turned up outside his house whilst still talking to him !!!

I find myself once again marvelling at the fantastic after sales support offered by IntaRide.

I received my Garmin Quest lead at 8:30 this morning after yesterday’s urgent plea for one in time for my Motorcycle tour around Europe, departing this week.

I must confess that I had a friend’s lead lined up “just in case”, but should have known better in that I can trust you guys 100% to deliver.

 

Once again I will be singing IntaRide’s praises on the Yamaha Diversion Club website and other motorcycle clubs I belong to (although they are probably getting bored of me doing so!)

“Just got to say I’m very pleased with the sets. My wife and I have tried them at all sorts of speeds on our bikes and the clarity is excellent along with range. These are by far the best sets we have ever used. At present we are doing the IAM riding course and we had been using the IAM Auto COM for training which they provide. This weekend we used Intaride sets to receive the instructors comments from his A*****m and my wife and I used Intaride to talk between us. We could not tell the difference between Intaride sets and A*****m. If you need a reference for service, advice and the sets I would be happy to provide them.”
